Nu suntem t\u0103ia\u021bi din aceea\u0219i p\u00e2nz\u0103, dimpotriv\u0103, dar \u00eempreun\u0103 form\u0103m o \u021bes\u0103tur\u0103 care, fie c\u0103 o privim din fa\u021b\u0103 sau pe dos, reprezint\u0103 un mozaic pe care l-am prezenta cu maxim\u0103 \u00eencredere oric\u0103ror exigen\u021be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>EVOLU\u021aIE \u0219i VIZIUNE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arggo a \u00eenceput \u00een Bucure\u0219ti \u00een 2014 \u0219i treptat am crescut constant, ajung\u00e2nd ast\u0103zi la o echip\u0103 de peste 100 de oameni. &nbsp;\u00cen 2018, am deschis primul nostru sediu regional \u00een Bra\u0219ov, urmat de al doilea \u00een Timi\u0219oara \u00een 2019. Fiecare pas \u00eenainte a venit firesc, iar azi m\u0103 bucur s\u0103 v\u0103d cum echipa noastr\u0103 s-a format \u0219i consolidat \u00een timp. Aceast\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103 m-a modelat al\u0103turi de colegii mei. Ca parteneri Microsoft, avem experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een implementarea solu\u021biilor lor, \u0219i ne doream s\u0103 cre\u0219tem onest al\u0103turi de clien\u021bii \u0219i colaboratorii no\u0219tri. Am \u00eenceput prin implementarea solu\u021biilor ERP din suita Microsoft Dynamics 365: &nbsp;Business Central, cunoscut atunci ca Navision, Dynamics 365 Finance \u0219i Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, cunoscut anterior ca Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations sau Axapta. Acum ajung\u00e2nd s\u0103 includem \u0219i componenta de Inteligen\u021b\u0103 Artificial\u0103 cu solu\u021bia Copilot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 acestea, chiar dac\u0103 eram o echip\u0103 mic\u0103, reu\u0219eam s\u0103 oferim servicii de cloud, consultan\u021b\u0103 IT, de business \u0219i BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Cu ajutorul acestor tehnologii, am optimizat procese de business \u00een organiza\u021bii din practic toate industriile, inclusiv \u00een domenii ni\u0219ate, \u00een care nu aveam experien\u021b\u0103 prealabil\u0103. Cu fiecare proiect, am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat al\u0103turi de cei cu care lucram, adapt\u00e2ndu-ne \u0219i \u00een\u021beleg\u00e2nd mai bine specificul fiec\u0103rui business. Din aceaste colabor\u0103ri am realizat c\u0103 afaceri similare pot s\u0103 difere semnificativ, chiar dac\u0103 fac parte din aceea\u0219i industrie. Astfel, a ap\u0103rut nevoia de unelte care s\u0103 ne permit\u0103 s\u0103 cre\u0103m solu\u021bii personalizate, capabile s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 cerin\u021belor specifice ale fiec\u0103rui client. A\u0219a a luat na\u0219tere Timeqode, platforma noastr\u0103 low-code de Business Process Management (BPM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ace\u0219ti ani, am avut oportunitatea de a \u00een\u021belege pe deplin cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 un business, nu doar \u00een teorie, ci \u0219i \u00een practic\u0103. Am tr\u0103it momente pline de entuziasm, dar \u0219i perioade de incertitudine, \u00eens\u0103 fiecare experien\u021b\u0103 a fost un pas important \u00een procesul nostru de dezvoltare. Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce am evoluat, am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat c\u0103 un rol \u00eentr-o companie aflat\u0103 \u00een expansiune presupune o flexibilitate constant\u0103 \u2014 una care se construie\u0219te pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce \u00eenfrun\u021bi provoc\u0103rile, indiferent dac\u0103 sunt legate de schimb\u0103rile pie\u021bei, obliga\u021biile legislative sau cerin\u021bele clien\u021bilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru mine, Arggo a fost \u0219i este un proces continuu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare despre cum s\u0103 gestionezi diversele fa\u021bete ale unui business \u2014 de la decizii importante, la sarcinile zilnice. La \u00eenceput, nu mi-a\u0219 fi imaginat c\u0103 voi \u00eent\u00e2mpina at\u00e2tea provoc\u0103ri, dar pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce am evoluat, am \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 dezvoltarea unei organiza\u021bii nu presupune o linie dreapt\u0103. Exist\u0103 momente de cre\u0219tere dar acestea sunt nedesp\u0103r\u021bite de perioade dificile, iar rezultatele ob\u021binute depind de capacitatea echipei de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne unit\u0103 \u0219i de a face fa\u021b\u0103 acestor provoc\u0103ri, \u00eempreun\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>VALORI \u0219i PRINCIPII DE LEADERSHIP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dincolo de proiecte, sisteme \u0219i proceduri, pentru mine, Arggo a fost \u0219i r\u0103m\u00e2ne despre oameni. Cred cu \u00eenc\u0103p\u0103\u021b\u00e2nare c\u0103 autenticitatea fiec\u0103ruia este valoarea de baz\u0103 a echipei noastre. Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat c\u0103 aceast\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103p\u0103\u021b\u00e2nare are beneficiile ei, dar \u00een lucrul cu oamenii, ea trebuie s\u0103 fie acompaniat\u0103 de maleabilitate. \u00cen to\u021bi ace\u0219ti ani, am \u00eent\u00e2lnit \u0219i lucrat al\u0103turi de colegi care mi-au influen\u021bat activitatea profesional\u0103 \u0219i parcursul personal. Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 ascult, s\u0103 m\u0103 adaptez, s\u0103 accept s\u0103 renun\u021b la control \u0219i s\u0103 construiesc rela\u021bii bazate pe \u00eencredere deplin\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Privind \u00een urm\u0103, nu pot s\u0103 nu m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc la parcursul nostru. Toate aceste realiz\u0103ri nu ar fi fost posibile f\u0103r\u0103 dedicarea echipei \u0219i colaborarea str\u00e2ns\u0103 cu clientii no\u0219tri. Am \u00eenceput activitatea cu num\u0103r mic de clien\u021bi. Ast\u0103zi portofoliul Arggo dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 350 de clien\u021bi na\u021bionali \u0219i interna\u021bionali, multiple parteneriate \u0219i colaboratori \u00een toate industriile. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 tehnologie \u0219i solu\u021bii de business, Arggo a evoluat \u0219i se dezvolt\u0103 pe c\u0103i multiple \u0219i este o deosebit\u0103 pl\u0103cere s\u0103 v\u0103d c\u0103 avem colegi preg\u0103ti\u021bi s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 tuturor provoc\u0103rilor. Un exemplu a fost perioada pandemiei, care ne-a constr\u00e2ns s\u0103 ne adapt\u0103m, iar faptul c\u0103 am reu\u0219it s\u0103 facem fa\u021b\u0103 situa\u021biei, nu face dec\u00e2t s\u0103-mi dea \u00eencrederea c\u0103 putem trece peste aproape orice obstacol, iar acest lucru este valabil \u0219i pentru clien\u021bii \u0219i partenerii no\u0219tri. Fiecare proiect finalizat a reprezentat o etap\u0103 important\u0103, iar fiecare dificultate \u00eent\u00e2mpinat\u0103 ne-a \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 fim mai flexibili. Chiar dac\u0103 nu au lipsit momente dezam\u0103gitoare, acestea ne-au impulsionat s\u0103 continu\u0103m s\u0103 cre\u0219tem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i ne afl\u0103m departe de ceea ce ne imaginam la \u00eenceput, nu ne vom opri aici. Viitorul r\u0103m\u00e2ne un teritoriu deschis \u0219i \u0219tim c\u0103 mai sunt obstacole de trecut. Nu ne a\u0219tept\u0103m la o cale u\u0219oar\u0103, dar suntem preg\u0103ti\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eenfrunt\u0103m orice va urma, c\u0103ci atitudinea pozitiv\u0103 \u0219i optimismul ne caracterizeaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>EVOLU\u021aIA REPREZENT\u0102RII FEMEILOR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd am \u00eenceput s\u0103 lucrez \u00een industria de IT&amp;C, doi din zece angaja\u021bi din companiile de IT erau femei, acum sunt \u0219ase din zece. \u00cen ultimii ani am obsevat o prezen\u021b\u0103 tot mai mare a angaja\u021bilor de gen feminin \u00een tot ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 industrie tech \u0219i o cre\u0219tere gradual\u0103 a num\u0103rului de femei \u00een pozi\u021bii de conducere, lucru care nu poate dec\u00e2t s\u0103 m\u0103 bucure. \u00cen Arggo, avem 55% femei \u0219i 45% b\u0103rba\u021bi. Sunt m\u00e2ndr\u0103 \u0219i de evolu\u021bia modului \u00een care sunt percepute femeile, dar \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bii \u00een cadrul Arggo. Colegii mei, cu to\u021bii sunt excep\u021bionali pe partea de consultan\u021b\u0103, suport, project management, programare, product development pentru ca au darul de a asculta \u0219i meritul de a lua decizii, iar acest lucru este \u00eencurajat \u00een Arggo.
